Plant Engineer – Branchville, NJ: Provide engineer. support for plant’s equipment & fully automated environment. Identify automation solutions of machines & equipment to reduce downtime & minimize costs. Monitor production progress & performance to identify & eliminate problems. Design & conduct plant trials. Develop process procedures. Interface w/ employees to gather info. & provide engineering guidance. Lead check-out teams for E/I verification & simulation programs. Supervise employees specializing in electrical/controls systems. Troubleshoot manuf. automation & testing equipment & improve cycle time. Apply stats methods & perform calculations to determine processes, reqs & production standards. Develop production & design standards. MS in Industrial Engineering (equiv. to BS (or its U.S. equiv.) in Industrial Engineering & 5 yrs of progressive exp. in dvmt & mgmt of effective automation solutions.
