2. Obtain Certification from the N.J. Dept. of Small Business Administration.

3. Complete an application from the Dept. of Economic Development.

4. Retrieve the proper paperwork for incorporating your business.

5. Obtain incorporations

6. Register with the N.J. State Dept. of Community Affairs to retrieve a construction license to operate in N.J.
