Saint Peter’s University Hospital was founded in 1907 and is part of the Saint Peter’s Healthcare System formed in 2007 that also includes the Saint Peter’s Foundation and Saint Peter’s Health and Management Services Corporation, which oversees various initiatives (the Margaret McLaughlin McCarrick Care Center, CARES Surgicenter, and Adult Day Center in Monroe). Saint Peter’s University Hospital is a state-designated children’s hospital and regional perinatal center, an affiliate of The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, and is sponsored by the Diocese of Metuchen.

Responsibilities include conducting psychological evaluations (including offender risk assessments) of children, adolescents, and their caretakers; intake; clinical assessments; case consultation; crisis intervention counseling; and civil and criminal court testimony. Bilingual English-Spanish required. Doctorate in child clinical, developmental, school or pediatric psychology and NJ license or license eligible required. Exp in the areas of assessment, child abuse (physical and/or sexual, as well as general maltreatment), treatment and consultation skills essential.
